Sweat

Sweat triggers all kinds of happy inside the body from endorphins to eliminating toxins to creating new brain cells! It's important to work up a good sweat several times a week. Incorporating something new into your exercise routine on a bi-weekly basis prevents the body from getting used to the same old routine and encourages mental and physical growth.

Jump start your heart rate today by incorporating Air Jacks into your exercise routine for 30 seconds to 1 minute and up to 4 intervals.

  1. Start with both feet on the floor, knees bent, and abs pulled in tight

  2. Sit into those heels!

  3. Jump up into the air spreading arms and legs apart into a jumping jack position

  4. Return to bent knee position with both feet on the floor
