     FITGirl takes a supportive, caring approach toward helping women feel healthier and increase strength. This service is best for clients who do not feel comfortable exercising in the company of others, experience daily pain, or movement limitations. Personal training is tailored to individual client preferences, needs, and abilities with respect to cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility exercises.

     Each client receives a FREE consultation discussing information with a female Certified Personal Trainer, such as personal health history, medications, diet concerns, and answering individual questions.
