Partner Training Sessions

A 60 minute partner training session is ideal for clients who enjoy working out with another person of choice. Partner training is great for friends and couples. Training sessions are tailored to client preferences, needs, and abilities for cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility exercises.
Each client receives a FREE consultation discussing information with a female Certified Personal Trainer, such as personal health history, medications, diet concerns, and answering individual questions.
